At Tarasaas LLC, we sell digital gift cards that are delivered electronically. Due to the nature of digital products, all sales are generally final.

Refund Eligibility

A refund will only be considered if you are unable to redeem your purchased gift card because of a verified technical issue with the redemption code issued by Tarasaas LLC.

Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds will not be provided for change of mind, accidental purchases, failure to read the product description, unused gift cards, or any issue unrelated to the validity of the redemption code.

Verification

We may request your order number, email address, and any other information necessary to verify the purchase and investigate the redemption issue before approving a refund.

Approved Refunds

If we determine that the redemption code is defective or cannot be redeemed due to an issue on our side, we may, at our discretion, either issue a replacement gift card or provide a full refund to the original payment method.
