If you request a cancellation before any work, research, strategy, design, setup, or delivery has started, we may issue a refund to the original payment method, minus any non-refundable processing or administrative costs where applicable.

3. After Work Begins

Once work has started, payments are generally non-refundable. This includes time spent on discovery, research, planning, design drafts, development, SEO audits, content creation, consulting, project management, or other service preparation.

4. Completed or Delivered Services

Completed services, delivered files, completed consultations, published work, and approved project milestones are not refundable. We will work with you in good faith to resolve reasonable service issues within the agreed scope.

5. Revisions and Scope

Packages may include revisions or adjustments as described in the service agreement, product description, invoice, or project communication. Requests outside the original scope may require a separate quote.

6. Technical or Delivery Issues

If a service cannot be delivered because of an issue caused by Tara Saas LLC, we may offer a correction, replacement deliverable, credit, partial refund, or full refund depending on the situation.

7. Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds are generally not provided for change of mind, delayed client feedback, incomplete client materials, unused deliverables, disagreement after approval, third-party platform changes, or requests that fall outside the original service scope.
